Deep Recall Therapy Past Life Regression Please contact to arrange an appointment or set up a skype meeting.

Recalling experiences at the deepest level and bringing them into awareness enables you to be free of their limiting effects. Deep Recall Therapy by-passes the habitual thinking mind by accessing the totality of your being, your True Nature where your habits and conditionings are imprinted including your past life ones.

It can help in many different areas of your life by bringing to consciousness issues that have remained out of reach and buried under the weight of unconscious habitual thought patterns inherited from the deep past.

“It's been really a great experience with Colin. His voice guided me in the journey towards a deep state of mental and physical relaxation and helped me solve some of the problems that have haunted me for a long time. I'm glad to have known him and definitely recommend him!”  - Sonia

“It was a very pleasant, but intense experience where I have been able, through suggestions, to see things in a new perspective.”

- Guillem

Today’s experience with Colin opened my eyes to aspects of myself that I had not consciously considered, or should I say, accepted. Colin was patient, calming and … lead me through the process of self discovery and realisation through regression. A true facilitator and someone I would recommend”. - Fared

I bring the best of ancient and modern wisdom and practice to my work as a hypnotherapist, psychologist and counsellor giving you the tools necessary to integrate insights and freedoms, once accessed, into your life.

As I understand it whether or not one “believes” in past lives one can use past life therapy creatively, playfully yet with skill to help relieve suffering and bring healing and happiness now.

By accessing subtle memories or imprints from the deep past and changing or dissolving them positive change in the present can be effected.

Freedom from suffering and enjoyment of life is at the heart of the Buddhist teachings and all techniques are guiding means only and not absolute truth which is ineffable.

Past life therapy uses the techniques of hypnotherapy to access the deep subconscious where all memories are stored, including past life ones. This can liberate people from many difficulties caused by trauma.

"Trauma is the most avoided, ignored, denied, misunderstood, and untreated cause of human suffering."
~ Peter Levine, PhD, Healing Trauma

Trauma tends to disembody us. We get overwhelmed by stimulus or shut down when our conscious mind can’t handle events. This gives rise to the patterns of fight, flight and freeze. Traumatic events can leave physiological and emotional scars that alter neurological structures and functions.

Deep Recall Therapy allows individuals to recognize and reduce the painful effects of trauma from the deep past and thereby free up energy for life itself.

Past Life Recall as a technique dates back at least to the 4th century BC in India when yoga master Patanjali instructed how past lives can be recalled through meditation. More recently Dr. Brian Weiss, a psychiatrist and former Chairman of Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Medical Centre in Miami, Florida has published accounts of his own patient spontaneously regressing to past lives in order to heal.

As my mentor Seattle based hypnotherapist Jack Elias puts it: “…although the conscious mind approximates reality and makes its constructs seem workable, the (discursive thinking) mind itself is never accurately in touch with reality. More and more people are now beginning to subscribe to this view, as quantum physics continues to bear out scientific evidence that the nature of reality as described by spiritual masters throughout the ages is not merely metaphor, but actual truth. In fact, this approach to hypnotherapy could as appropriately be called “quantum hypnotherapy” as well as “transpersonal hypnotherapy””.

My own experiences fit best with what I have understood from my Tibetan Buddhist teachers:

“It is also possible within this lifetime to enhance the power of the mind, enabling one to reaccess memories from previous lives. Such recollection tends to be more accessible during meditative experiences in the dream state. Once one has accessed memories of previous lives in the dream state, one gradually recalls them in the waking state.”

From Consciousness at the Crossroads: Conversations with The Dalai Lama on Brain Science and Buddhism (1999)

“I’m very sorry to shake up the materialist scientist’s sense of history and “progress,” but long before Darwin and company, the Buddha and his contemporaries had already “discovered” evolution. He clearly saw that the life-form of the human being was not sui generis ....but was evolutionarily connected with all other life-forms, had developed out of them and could also regress back into them. Only he went even further than the materialist scientists. He made evolution a personal matter; he acknowledged that it involves the subjective agencies of beings, intentions, and minds.

It is not merely an impersonal biological process of atoms and molecules and cells. He saw that living beings do evolve— progress and regress— in a more than strictly physical sense . He taught that we are not merely passive inheritors of genetic codes. We also personally and intentionally evolve ourselves toward higher states of awareness and happiness, or deteriorate ourselves toward lesser awareness and more wretched embodiments. We do so not just in this life, or in a few lives, but over the course of billions of lives, just as it takes billions of lives for a paramecium to become a butterfly”.
